Job description
Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for the clinic, including staff, animals (pets), medical supplies, and documents. This role requires strict adherence to traffic regulations, clinic protocols, and animal handling safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport animals (dogs, cats, and other pets), ensuring their comfort and well-being during transit
- Deliver and collect medical supplies, laboratory samples, documents, and equipment between branches or partner facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of clinic vehicle(s) at all times
- Perform routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.) and promptly report any defects or issues
- Comply with UAE traffic laws and clinic driving policies at all times
- Assist clinic staff with animal handling and transfers when required
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all assignments
- Support logistics and operational tasks when not engaged in driving duties
Requirements:

- Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle or relevant category)
- Proven driving experience in the UAE (preferably within healthcare, veterinary, or logistics sectors)
- Experience in pet handling is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of animal handling is preferred
- Strong familiarity with UAE roads and navigation systems
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy personality
- Good communication skills in English
